3D Lapis Lazuli (zBrush)

Oh look! Something different!

As you may or may not know, I am enrolled in a 2 year 3D Animation Program and in second year we get to learn how to use zBrush. For our first project we were to pick a 2d character of our choice and make them into a 3d sculpt. 

And obviously I just had to model one of my favorite characters! So for this we had to model a base in Maya (3d modeling program), bring it into zbrush (3d sculpting program), and build off of that base model. When we were done we then had to paint, light, and render ou final character and arrange them on a model sheet.

Zbrush was weird to learn but not that difficult once you now the basics, and while I am not fully satisfied with my model (why are heads so hard to create???) I am proud of myself considering this is my first time tho!!!

Anyways I hope this makes up for my lack of art <3
